The very same ski from a construction and performance standpoint as the Outback except for its more contemporary top sheet design, the Bar Hopper is a pure free rider's powder ski. Measuring 102mm underfoot, the Bar Hopper, like the Outback, offers plenty of flotation in deep snow without sacrificing maneuverability and carving ability when encountering packed or variable snow conditions.

So if you are into having fun skiing and like to look like it, or simply want to make a statement of where anyone can find you when you are done skiing the pow for the day, grab a Bar Hopper and get your party on.

  • CONSTRUCTION: Sandwich.
  • CORE: Superior float requires a superior platform, so our bamboo (11 full stringers) and poplar core is crafted for maximum flexibility and strength while still as lightweight as they come in the off-piste world. Wrapped in triaxial fiberglass in a wet layup above and below the core.
  • SIDEWALL: The UHMW sidewalls prevent side-holing when running through the rough stuff and have a superior anti-crush rating.
  • BASE: The IMS 2000 base holds any wax at temperature, and is as fast as powder can take you. Rubber dampened above and below the sidewall with 2mm layers.
  • EDGES: P33 RCH48 steel in a 360 degree wrap allowing the seams to be nearly invisible, and they contain the special toe insert made of UHMW PE.
  • TOPSHEET: Nylon gloss with graphics sublimated into the ISO 8210 material.
