Each Hart ski is made by hand, using the finest ski construction materials and state-of-the-art ski designs.
Top sheets are ISO polymide printed by sublimination from below. Layers can include titanal laminate (variable gauges) and fiberglass rolled steel with unidirectional fiberglass interlace to 90°. In the center is a multi-layered wood core with an anti-vibration rubber strip. Sidewalls are constructed with melamine with ski base and edges made of Graphite, PTEX4000 or NHS (nano-highspeed) for high speed competition in 1.6 mm or 1.2 mm sheets at a hardness of 48 HRC. Tip and tail in aluminum.
